1.) What sign materials are available? There are many different materials we use to make our signs and each material is made for certain applications. Materials available include PVC, High Density Urethane (HDU), and several types of wood such as Redwood, Cedar, Obeechee and Mahogany. 3.) How do I see what my sign will look like?
The professionals at That's My Sign will be glad to design a sign proof for you. The cost of an initial sign design is $25.00, which will be applied to your total when you place your sign order. Make sure you visit our sign design page for important information we will need in order to provide a quality sign solution, customized to your individual needs. 4.) How much do dimensional signs cost? Sign costs depend on several factors: size, material, colors, quantity and content. They can range from approximately $80.00 for a small sign (12" x 12") to upwards of several hundreds or even thousands of dollars when manufacturing a greater quantity and/or larger signs with more complex graphics. In order to provide you with the most cost effective solution, let us provide you with a personalized price quote. 5.) Why are signs a good investment? Signs are imperative to a successful advertising program; complimenting your other means of communication including radio, television, newspaper and billboard advertising. The difference is... signs are a one-time cost with an excellent return. |

6.) How long will a dimensional sign from That's My Sign last?
The average life of a sign varies from seven to ten years, based upon finish, and exposure to weather and other harsh elements. With every sign from our company, you will enjoy an unmatched five-year finish guarantee to protect you against chipping, cracking, fading and peeling. 7.) Do you offer sign installation services? While we do not offer installation services, we do offer a complete line of enhancement options including brackets, posts, caps and finials to ease the installation process. If you prefer, we would be glad to assist you with finding a company in your area which can provide you with the installation services you need. 8.) How long does it take to have a sign made? Manufacturing time is estimated on a per-project basis. While standard turn-around time is approximately 3 weeks; large quantity orders or projects requiring greater attention to detail and custom graphics may take longer... If you would like a more accurate estimate on turn-around time, contact us with your project details and we would be glad to provide you with an approximate lead time. 9.) How are signs shipped? That's My Sign is proud to utilize a proven-performance packing system. Each and every sign will be packed appropriately, according to size. Smaller signs will be packaged and secured with foam for safe shipping via a ground carrier; while, larger projects will be custom crated, and re-enforced for secure transportation via an LTL Common Carrier that services your state. 10.) What is the payment policy at That's My Sign? At That's My Sign ...our focus is on building relationships with our customers. Initial payment terms are 50% deposit with the balance due upon the Ship Date; however, repeat customers may be eligible to apply for terms with our company. As for forms of payment, we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover as well as, personal or company check. A $50.00 service charge will apply for all returned checks. |
